Cheeseburger Bombs Snack Delight (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb ground beef
02 - 1/2 cup diced onions
03 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
04 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
05 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 1/2 cup diced pickles
07 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
08 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
09 - 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
10 - 2 tablespoons melted butter
11 - 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
02 - In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and diced onions. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook until beef is browned and onions are soft, about 8-10 minutes. Drain any extra grease.
03 - Stir in pickles (if using) and remove from heat. Let mixture cool slightly, then stir in shredded cheese.
04 - Flatten each biscuit dough piece into a 4-inch circle.
05 - Spoon a generous portion of the cheeseburger mixture into the center of each dough round. Fold the edges up and over the filling, pinching to seal and form a ball. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
06 - Brush each ball with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds, if desired.
07 - Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
08 - Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Great with ketchup or your favorite burger sauce!
