01 - 4 medium baking potatoes, cut into 1/2 inch slices
02 - 1/4 cup melted butter
03 - 8 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
04 - 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
05 - 1/2 cup chopped green onions

# Instructions:

01 - Gather all ingredients.
02 - Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
03 - Brush potato slices on both sides with melted butter and arrange them on the prepared baking sheet.
04 - Bake in the preheated oven until the potato slices are lightly browned and tender when pierced with a knife, about 30 to 40 minutes, flipping slices halfway through.
05 - Sprinkle baked potato slices with shredded Cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and chopped green onions. Return to the oven and continue baking until the cheese melts, approximately 3 to 5 more minutes.
06 - Remove from the oven and serve warm. Optionally, top with sour cream before serving.
