Butter Toffee Pretzels (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 cups mini pretzel twists.
02 - 1 cup unsalted butter.
03 - 1 cup brown sugar, packed.
04 - 1 tsp vanilla extract.
05 - 1/4 tsp baking soda.
06 - Sea salt flakes (optional garnish).

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheet with parchment.
02 - Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat.
03 - Add brown sugar, stir until bubbling. Cook 3-4 minutes without stirring.
04 - Remove from heat. Add vanilla and baking soda.
05 - Place pretzels in large bowl. Pour toffee over, toss to coat.
06 - Spread on baking sheet in single layer.
07 - Bake 8-10 minutes, stirring halfway.
08 - Sprinkle with sea salt if desired.
09 - Cool completely before breaking apart.
