Bacon Mushroom Swiss Burger Soup (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound extra-lean ground beef.
02 - 1 medium onion, chopped.
03 - 1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic.
04 - 16 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced.
05 - 2 cups beef broth.
06 - 1 can (28 ounces) fire-roasted diced tomatoes.
07 - 1 teaspoon steak seasoning.
08 - 1 teaspoon salt.
09 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
10 - 4 mini burger buns.
11 - 4 teaspoons mayonnaise.
12 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
13 - Cooked bacon for garnish.
14 - Swiss cheese, shredded, for garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 400°F.
02 - Brown ground beef in large pot.
03 - Add onion and garlic, cook until onion softens.
04 - Add mushrooms, cook until tender.
05 - Pour in beef broth and tomatoes.
06 - Add steak seasoning, salt, pepper.
07 - Bring to boil, reduce heat. Simmer 15 minutes.
08 - Mix mayo and garlic powder.
09 - Split buns, spread with garlic mayo. Toast buns 5 minutes until golden.
10 - Serve soup in bowls.
11 - Top with bacon and Swiss cheese.
12 - Serve with toasted buns.
