Easy Brownie Mix Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 box (18–20 oz) brownie mix (fudge-style recommended)
02 - ¼ cup all-purpose flour (optional, for extra structure)
03 - 2 eggs
04 - ⅓ cup vegetable oil (or melted butter for richer flavor)
05 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
06 - ½ cup chocolate chips (optional but delicious)
07 - Pinch of salt

→ Optional Toppings

08 - Sea salt flakes
09 - Crushed nuts
10 - Mini marshmallows

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
02 - In a large bowl, combine the dry brownie mix, flour (if using), and a pinch of salt. Add the eggs, oil (or melted butter), and vanilla extract. Stir until a thick, sticky dough forms. Fold in the chocolate chips and any other add-ins of your choice.
03 - Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, form balls of dough and place them on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. The dough will be sticky, so you might need to lightly wet your hands or the scoop.
04 - Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes. The edges should be set, but the centers will still be soft. For a chewier cookie, don't overbake - they'll continue to firm up as they cool.
05 - Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy warm or store in an airtight container.

# Notes:

01 - For puffier, thicker cookies, refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes before baking.
02 - The cookies will look slightly underdone in the center when you take them out - this is perfect for a chewy texture.
03 - For a special occasion, add 1/4 cup of festive sprinkles to the dough for a birthday cake brownie cookie.
