Blueberry Brie Grilled Cheese (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Components

01 - 4 slices rustic bread (sourdough or artisan, approx. 60g per slice)
02 - 2 tablespoons (28g) unsalted butter, softened
03 - 120g brie cheese, sliced (rind optional)
04 - 60ml blueberry jam or preserves

→ Optional Enhancements

05 - 75g fresh blueberries
06 - 1 tablespoon (21g) honey
07 - 1 pinch freshly ground black pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Generously spread softened butter on one side of each bread slice. On the opposite, non-buttered side, evenly spread blueberry jam.
02 - Arrange sliced brie evenly over the jam side of two bread slices. Add fresh blueberries and drizzle with honey if using. Sprinkle with black pepper for added depth. Complete each sandwich with a remaining bread slice, ensuring buttered sides face outward.
03 - Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Place assembled sandwiches in the pan and cook for 3–4 minutes per side, pressing gently with a spatula, until bread is golden and cheese has melted.
04 - Remove sandwiches from the pan, slice in half, and serve immediately. Accompany with fresh blueberries or a light salad, if desired.

# Notes:

01 - Maintain moderate heat while grilling to prevent burning the bread, as brie melts rapidly.
02 - Rustic whole-grain bread adds additional texture and nutty flavor.
03 - For a tangier variation, substitute brie with goat cheese.
