BLT Chicken Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
02 - 8 strips center cut bacon, chopped
03 - 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
04 - 1/3 cup mayonnaise
05 - 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning
06 - 1/2 teaspoon freshly cracked pepper
07 - 1/3 cup green onions, diced
08 - 2/3 pint grape tomatoes, halved or quartered
09 - 1 avocado, diced

# Instructions:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise and Greek yogurt, then whisk in the ranch seasoning and freshly cracked pepper.
02 - Add the shredded chicken, chopped bacon, and diced green onions into the bowl. Stir until well combined.
03 - Add the halved or quartered grape tomatoes to the mixture and mix gently to incorporate.
04 - When ready to serve, gently fold in the diced avocado or arrange it as a topping.
05 - Place the chicken salad in an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
