# Ingredients:

01 - 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can Campbell's French onion soup
02 - 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
03 - 1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs
04 - 1 egg
05 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
06 - 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper, to taste
07 - 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
08 - 1/4 cup ketchup
09 - 1 to 3 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce, to taste
10 - 1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
11 - 1/4 cup water

# Instructions:

01 - In a large bowl, combine 1/3 cup of the condensed French onion soup with ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly and shape into 6 oval patties.
02 - In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown both sides of the patties. Drain any excess fat.
03 - In a small bowl, mix flour with the remaining French onion soup until smooth. Stir in ketchup, water, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard powder.
04 - Pour the prepared sauce over the browned patties in the skillet. Cover and cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
