In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cream cheese, shredded cheddar, minced garlic, onion powder, black pepper, and parsley (if using). Mix until well blended.

Lay a tortilla flat and spoon a generous portion of the filling onto the center. Spread it out slightly, leaving room around the edges. Fold in the sides, then roll tightly into a wrap.

Heat olive oil or butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until golden and crispy. Flip and toast the other side for another 2 minutes.
