Banana Pudding Cheesecake Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/2 cups Nilla wafer crumbs.
02 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted.
03 - 1 tablespoon granulated sugar.
04 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened.
05 - 1/4 cup sugar for filling.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract.
07 - 1/2 cup sour cream.
08 - 1 large banana, mashed.
09 - 1 1/2 cups whipped topping.
10 - Banana slices for garnish.
11 - Extra wafer crumbs for topping.

# Instructions:

01 - Mix wafer crumbs, butter, sugar. Press into mini muffin tin. Bake at 350°F for 5-7 minutes.
02 - Beat cream cheese and sugar. Add vanilla, sour cream, banana and 1/2 cup whipped topping.
03 - Fill crusts with mixture. Chill 2-3 hours.
04 - Add whipped topping, banana slices and wafer crumbs before serving.

01 - Make up to 1 day ahead.
02 - Freezes up to 2 months.
03 - Add toppings just before serving.
