# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup mashed ripe bananas (about 2 large)
02 - 1/2 cup warm milk (110°F)
03 - 1/4 cup melted butter
04 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar
05 - 1 large egg
06 - 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast (1 packet)
07 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
08 - 3 1/4 cups all-purpose flour (plus more for kneading)

09 - 1/2 cup brown sugar
10 - 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
11 - 1/4 cup softened butter

→ Cream Cheese Frosting

12 - 4 oz cream cheese, softened
13 - 2 tablespoons butter, softened
14 - 3/4 cup powdered sugar
15 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

# Instructions:

01 - Combine warm milk and yeast in a bowl. Let sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy.
02 - Add mashed bananas, melted butter, sugar, egg, and salt to the yeast mixture. Mix well.
03 - Gradually add flour and stir until a dough forms. Knead for 5–7 minutes until soft and slightly sticky.
04 - Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
05 - Roll the dough into a rectangle (about 16x12 inches). Spread with softened butter.
06 - Mix brown sugar and cinnamon together, then sprinkle evenly over the butter-coated dough.
07 - Roll the dough tightly from the long end and slice into 12 rolls. Place them in a greased 9x13 baking dish.
08 - Cover the rolls and let rise for 30–45 minutes. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
09 - Bake the rolls for 25–28 minutes or until golden brown.
10 - Beat cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
11 - Spread the frosting over the warm rolls and serve.
