Balsamic Soy Mushrooms (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 16 ounces mushrooms.
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil.
03 - 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar.
04 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce.
05 - 4 cloves garlic, minced.
06 - 1 teaspoon dried thyme.
07 - 1 teaspoon brown sugar.
08 - Salt and pepper to taste.
09 - Fresh parsley for garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 400°F. Clean and cut mushrooms.
02 - Whisk oil, vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, thyme and sugar.
03 - Toss mushrooms with marinade to coat.
04 - Spread on baking sheet, roast 20-25 minutes until golden.

# Notes:

01 - Can use tamari for gluten-free.
02 - Honey can substitute for brown sugar.
