Bacon Jalapeno Poppers (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 12 medium jalapenos.
02 - 6 strips bacon, cooked and chopped.
03 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened.
04 - 6 ounces sharp cheddar, finely diced.
05 - 1 cup whole milk.
06 - 1 cup all-purpose flour.
07 - 1 teaspoon sea salt.
08 - 1/4 teaspoon white pepper.
09 - 1/4 teaspoon paprika.
10 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
11 - 1 cup breadcrumbs.
12 - Oil for frying.

# Instructions:

01 - Cut jalapenos lengthwise, remove seeds, rinse in cold water.
02 - Mix cooked bacon pieces with cream cheese and cheddar until well combined.
03 - Coat filled peppers in seasoned flour, then milk, then flour again. Rest 15 minutes.
04 - Dip in milk then breadcrumbs. Rest few minutes.
05 - One last dip in milk and breadcrumbs. Rest 5 minutes.
06 - Fry in 350°F oil for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.

02 - Triple coating ensures extra crispiness.
03 - Let rest between coatings for better adhesion.
