# Ingredients:

→ Crust

01 - 1 sheet refrigerated pizza dough

→ Sausage Gravy

02 - 200 g breakfast sausage, casing removed
03 - 15 g salted butter
04 - 15 g all-purpose flour
05 - 180 ml half and half
06 - Salt, to taste
07 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

→ Eggs

08 - 4 large eggs
09 - 30 ml whole milk
10 - Salt, to taste
11 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
12 - 10 g salted butter

→ Toppings

13 - 100 g shredded mozzarella cheese
14 - 75 g cooked bacon, crumbled
15 - 80 g shredded sharp cheddar cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 220°C. Lightly grease a 25x38 cm baking sheet.
02 - Roll out the pizza dough to fit the prepared sheet. Place the dough on the sheet and use a fork to poke holes over the surface. Bake for 5 minutes until slightly puffed.
03 - In a medium skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage, breaking it into small crumbles with a spatula. Cook until well browned.
04 - Add butter to the cooked sausage and melt completely. Stir in flour and cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Gradually pour in half and half, whisking until the mixture thickens into a gravy. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat.
05 - In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, a pinch of salt, and pepper. Melt butter in a clean non-stick skillet over medium-low heat, pour in egg mixture, and let sit for 30 seconds. Gently sweep a spatula through the eggs until just set but still creamy. Remove from heat.
06 - Spread the sausage gravy evenly over the pre-baked crust. Sprinkle mozzarella over the gravy, then distribute scrambled eggs evenly. Top with crumbled bacon and cheddar cheese.
07 - Return the assembled pizza to the oven and bake for 7-9 minutes, until the edges are golden and the cheeses are melted and bubbling.
08 - Allow the pizza to cool for several minutes before slicing and serving.
