Crispy Air Fryer Haddock (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Fish and Coating

01 - 4 haddock fillets
02 - 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
03 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
04 - 1-2 tablespoons mayonnaise
05 - 1 tablespoons olive oil

→ Seasonings

06 - 1 tablespoon dried parsley
07 - 2 teaspoons dried dill
08 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
09 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika
10 - Salt to taste
11 - Pepper to taste
12 - Lemon wedges for serving

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Pat haddock fillets dry with paper towels.
02 - Combine panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, dill, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl.
03 - Brush fillets with mayonnaise on both sides. Dip into breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere. Drizzle or brush with olive oil.
04 - Place fillets in air fryer basket without overcrowding. Cook at 400°F for 10-12 minutes until fish flakes easily and coating is golden brown.
05 - Remove carefully and serve hot with lemon wedges.

01 - Internal temperature should reach 145°F
02 - Don't overcrowd air fryer basket
03 - Place skin-side down if fillets have skin
