Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Pat haddock fillets dry with paper towels.

Combine panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, dill, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl.

Brush fillets with mayonnaise on both sides. Dip into breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere. Drizzle or brush with olive oil.

Place fillets in air fryer basket without overcrowding. Cook at 400°F for 10-12 minutes until fish flakes easily and coating is golden brown.
