# Instructions:

- In a bowl, combine diced potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss thoroughly to ensure even coating.
- Arrange seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry at 200°C for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking to promote even browning.
- While potatoes cook, combine steak cubes with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat the steak evenly.
- After 15 minutes, place steak cubes in the air fryer basket with the potatoes. Continue air frying at 200°C for an additional 5 to 7 minutes, or until steak reaches desired doneness, aiming for an internal temperature of 54–57°C for medium-rare.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, and if desired, a squeeze of lemon juice or a pinch of red pepper flakes.
- Drizzle the prepared garlic butter sauce over the hot steak and potatoes. Toss gently to coat. Serve immediately while hot.
