01 - 500 g beef kielbasa, sliced into 1 cm rounds

→ Vegetables

02 - 700 g large potatoes, peeled and diced into 1.5 cm cubes
03 - 2 green bell peppers, cut into 2 cm pieces
04 - 1 large red onion, cut into 2 cm pieces
05 - 4 green onions, finely chopped (for garnish)

→ Seasonings and Oils

06 - 3 tablespoons olive oil
07 - 1 teaspoon salt
08 - 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
09 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
10 - 1 teaspoon sweet paprika

→ Sauce

11 - 60 ml Buffalo Wild Wings Asian Zing sauce, plus extra to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Slice the beef kielbasa into 1 cm rounds. Peel, rinse, and dice the potatoes into 1.5 cm cubes. Cut the green bell peppers and red onion into uniform 2 cm pieces. Chop the green onions for garnish and set aside.
02 - Place diced potatoes in a large mixing bowl. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons olive oil and season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss thoroughly to ensure even coating.
03 - Add the chopped bell peppers and red onion to the bowl with seasoned potatoes. Drizzle with the remaining olive oil and lightly reseason as desired. Toss again to mix all vegetables and coat evenly.
04 - Lightly coat a large sheet pan with cooking spray or line with parchment paper. Distribute the potato and vegetable mixture in a single, even layer. Evenly scatter the sliced kielbasa over the top.
05 - Place the pan in a preheated oven at 200°C. Roast for 30 to 40 minutes, stirring once halfway through. At 30 minutes, check for tender potatoes and lightly caramelized vegetables. Continue roasting as needed until all components are golden and fully cooked.
06 - Remove from oven. Drizzle with Buffalo Wild Wings Asian Zing sauce just before serving, or serve sauce alongside for milder palates. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve immediately while hot.

# Notes:

01 - Cut potatoes slightly smaller than other vegetables for even roasting.
02 - Toss all ingredients well with oil and seasonings before arranging on the pan.
03 - Add the sauce only after roasting to retain bold flavor and prevent burning.
04 - For easy cleanup, line the sheet pan with parchment paper before adding ingredients.
05 - Try substituting sweet potatoes, zucchini, or carrots, or use turkey or chicken sausage for variation.
06 - Experiment with different sauces, such as teriyaki, honey mustard, or smoky barbecue, for a creative twist.
