Cajun Corn Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 6 corn ears
02 - 6 tablespoons butter
03 - 1.5 tablespoons cajun seasoning (or homemade blend below)
04 - Oil spray (olive oil or avocado oil)

→ Homemade Cajun Seasoning

05 - 1 tablespoon paprika
06 - 1 teaspoon salt
07 - 2 teaspoons garlic powder
08 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
09 - 1 teaspoon chili powder
10 - 1 teaspoon dried parsley
11 - ¾ teaspoon dried thyme
12 - ½ teaspoon dried oregano
13 - ½ teaspoon brown sugar
14 - ¾ teaspoon cayenne pepper
15 - ¼ teaspoon cracked pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Husk and clean corn cobs. Cut into 1.5-inch bite-sized pieces (3-4 pieces per cob).
02 - Place corn in air fryer basket in single layer. Spritz with oil and cook at 400°F for 5 minutes.
03 - Flip corn, spritz with oil, and cook for additional 5 minutes. Continue cooking in 1-2 minute increments if needed until golden brown, rotating occasionally.
04 - Microwave butter in large bowl until mostly melted (10-15 seconds). Add cajun seasoning and whisk until smooth.
05 - Add hot corn to cajun butter and toss to coat evenly. Use basting brush to reach corn crevices if needed.
06 - Serve warm with ranch dressing for dipping.

02 - Reheat in microwave in 30-second increments
03 - Add more cayenne for spicier corn
