White Chocolate Mousse (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups heavy whipping cream.
02 - 1 cup white chocolate chips.

# Instructions:

01 - Put mixing bowl and beaters in freezer 10-15 minutes.
02 - Microwave 1/2 cup cream with chocolate chips 2 minutes at 50% power. Cool to room temp.
03 - Beat remaining 1 1/2 cups cream until stiff peaks form, 3-5 minutes.
04 - Mix cooled chocolate into whipped cream until fully incorporated.
05 - Divide into serving dishes, cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours.

# Notes:

01 - Use cream with at least 36% fat.
02 - Keeps 2-3 days refrigerated.
03 - Can top with white chocolate shards.
