Put mixing bowl and beaters in freezer 10-15 minutes.

Microwave 1/2 cup cream with chocolate chips 2 minutes at 50% power. Cool to room temp.

Beat remaining 1 1/2 cups cream until stiff peaks form, 3-5 minutes.

Mix cooled chocolate into whipped cream until fully incorporated.

Divide into serving dishes, cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours.
