Whipped Pink Lemonade (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/4 cup pink lemonade mix, such as Country Time
02 - 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
03 - 2 tablespoons pink lemonade mix
04 - 1 1/2 cups water
05 - Ice, as needed

# Instructions:

01 - Whip together 1/4 cup pink lemonade mix and heavy whipping cream on high until the cream thickens and stiff peaks form.
02 - Set out two glasses. Add one tablespoon of pink lemonade mix to each glass and pour in 3/4 cup water into each glass. Stir to combine.
03 - Fill each glass with ice until about two-thirds full. Top with the pink lemonade whipped cream.
04 - Stir the whipped cream into the lemonade before drinking.

# Notes:

01 - For best results, use a hand mixer or stand mixer to whip the cream to stiff peaks.
