Whipped Feta Honey Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 oz feta cheese
02 - 4 oz cream cheese, room temperature
03 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
04 - ½ teaspoon minced garlic
05 - ½ teaspoon dried basil
06 - ¼ cup honey
07 - 1 tablespoon chopped pistachios
08 - 1 teaspoon finely chopped chives
09 - ½ teaspoon cracked black pepper

# Instructions:

01 - In a food processor, combine feta, cream cheese, and olive oil until the mixture is well combined and smooth.
02 - Add basil and minced garlic to the food processor. Mix well until fully incorporated.
03 - Transfer the cheese mixture onto a small plate or shallow bowl. Use a large spoon to create a well in the center of the cheese. Fill the well with honey and garnish the sides with chives, pistachios, and cracked black pepper.
04 - Serve immediately with warm pieces of pita bread.
