Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13 baking dish.

Blend softened cream cheese for 30 seconds with hand mixer. Add eggs and blend until smooth with no lumps.

Add dry cake mix and oil, blending just until no large flour streaks remain. Be careful not to overmix.

Pour half the batter into greased baking dish. Sprinkle brown sugar-cinnamon mixture evenly over batter. Top with remaining batter, carefully spreading over filling.

Bake 30-35 minutes until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cover with foil after 20 minutes if top browns too quickly.

Cool cake 10 minutes. Poke holes over entire surface with fork or toothpick.

Whisk together glaze ingredients. Pour half over warm cake to seep into holes. Cool 30 minutes, then pour remaining glaze over top.
