01 - 1 large block Velveeta cheese, cut into cubes.
02 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened.
03 - 1 can cream of chicken soup.
04 - 1 can Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies.

06 - 1 box bowtie pasta (farfalle).

# Instructions:
01 - Fill big pot with water, add salt, and bring to boil. Cook pasta until tender but firm. Save a cup of the water before draining.
02 - Put ground beef in a large pan over medium heat. Break it up while cooking until no pink remains. Drain off extra fat.
03 - Put Velveeta cubes, soft cream cheese, soup, and tomatoes with their juice into the beef pan. Keep stirring until everything melts into a smooth sauce.
04 - Add drained pasta to the sauce. Stir well to coat every piece. Use saved pasta water if needed to thin the sauce.
# Notes:
01 - Can use mild or regular Rotel based on spice preference.
