Cashew Cheese Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3/4 - 1 cup hot water.
02 - 1 cup raw cashews.
03 - 1 clove garlic, chopped.
04 - 2 Tbsp nutritional yeast.
05 - 1/2 tsp ground cumin.
06 - 1 tsp chili powder.
07 - 1/2 tsp salt, plus more to taste.
08 - 1 Tbsp harissa (or hot salsa/hot sauce/Ro-Tel/chipotle in adobo).

# Instructions:

01 - Blend all ingredients starting with less water, adding more until creamy and pourable.
02 - Taste and adjust seasonings - nutritional yeast for cheese flavor, spices for heat and taste.
03 - Serve with chips or in Mexican dishes. Optional garnish with extra harissa or salsa.

# Notes:

01 - Small or high-speed blender works best.
02 - Keeps 1 week refrigerated.
03 - Can freeze up to 1 month.
