Vanilla Brownies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - ½ cup unsalted butter.
02 - 1 (12 oz) bag white chocolate chips.
03 - 1¼ cups all-purpose flour.
04 - ¾ cup granulated sugar.
05 - ¼ cup pecans.
06 - 1 teaspoon clear vanilla extract.
07 - ¼ teaspoon almond extract.
08 - ¼ teaspoon salt.
09 - 3 large eggs.
10 - 1½ cups powdered sugar.
11 - 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened.
12 - ½ teaspoon clear vanilla extract.
13 - 1-2 teaspoons milk.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F and grease 13x9 inch pan.
02 - Melt butter and most white chocolate chips over low heat.
03 - Remove from heat, stir in reserved chips until melted.
04 - Mix in flour, sugar, pecans, extracts, salt and eggs.
05 - Pour into pan and spread evenly.
06 - Bake 30 minutes until edges brown.
07 - Cool completely.
08 - Mix powdered sugar, butter, vanilla and milk until spreadable.
09 - Spread over cooled brownies.
10 - Cut into squares.

01 - Also known as blondies or white chocolate brownies.
02 - Can be made ahead - wait to glaze until serving.
03 - Customize with seasonal sprinkles or different mix-ins.
