Preheat oven to 350°F and grease 13x9 inch pan.

Melt butter and most white chocolate chips over low heat.

Remove from heat, stir in reserved chips until melted.

Mix in flour, sugar, pecans, extracts, salt and eggs.

Pour into pan and spread evenly.

Bake 30 minutes until edges brown.

Cool completely.

Mix powdered sugar, butter, vanilla and milk until spreadable.

Spread over cooled brownies.

Cut into squares.
