Vanilla Buttermilk Pound Cake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour.
02 - 1/2 teaspoon baking powder.
03 - 1/4 teaspoon baking soda.
04 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
05 - 1 cup unsalted butter, softened.
06 - 2 1/4 cups granulated sugar.
07 - 4 large eggs.
08 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
09 - 1 cup buttermilk.
10 - 4 ounces cream cheese, softened.
11 - 1 cup powdered sugar.
12 - 2-3 tablespoons milk.
13 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract for glaze.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 325°F, grease and flour bundt pan.
02 - Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
03 - Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy, 3-4 minutes.
04 - Beat in eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
05 - Alternate adding dry ingredients and buttermilk.
06 - Pour in pan, bake 70-80 minutes until done.
07 - Cool in pan 10-15 minutes, then on rack.
08 - Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk; drizzle over cake.
