Break cauliflower into medium-small florets. Boil in salted water 7-9 minutes until tender. Drain.

Put flour in bowl. In separate bowl, whisk eggs with salt and pepper.

Dredge cauliflower in flour then dip in egg mixture.

Fry in oil over medium heat 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.

Mix garlic, parsley, lemon juice and olive oil. Drizzle over cauliflower if desired.
