Easy Fried Cauliflower (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 small cauliflower head.
02 - 3 eggs.
03 - ½ cup flour for dredging.
04 - ⅓ tsp salt.
05 - ¼ tsp pepper.
06 - 4 tbsp vegetable oil for frying.
07 - Optional garlic sauce:.
08 - 1 tbsp minced garlic.
09 - 1 tbsp chopped parsley.
10 - 1 tbsp lemon juice.
11 - 2 tbsp olive oil.

# Instructions:

01 - Break cauliflower into medium-small florets. Boil in salted water 7-9 minutes until tender. Drain.
02 - Put flour in bowl. In separate bowl, whisk eggs with salt and pepper.
03 - Dredge cauliflower in flour then dip in egg mixture.
04 - Fry in oil over medium heat 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
05 - Mix garlic, parsley, lemon juice and olive oil. Drizzle over cauliflower if desired.
