Tuxedo Cupcakes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened.
02 - ⅓ cup granulated sugar.
03 - 1 large egg, room temperature.
04 - ⅛ teaspoon kosher salt.
05 - 1 cup mini chocolate chips.
06 - 2 cups granulated sugar.
07 - 2 cups hot water or coffee.
08 - ⅔ cup canola oil.
09 - 2 tablespoons white vinegar.
10 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract.
11 - 3 cups all-purpose flour.
12 - ½ cup cocoa powder.
13 - 2 teaspoons baking soda.
14 - 1 teaspoon kosher salt.

# Instructions:

01 - Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add sugar, egg, salt. Fold in chocolate chips.
02 - Blend sugar, water, oil, vinegar, and vanilla.
03 - Whisk flour, cocoa, baking soda, salt. Gradually add to wet ingredients.
04 - Pour batter into lined muffin tins ⅔ full. Top each with 2 tablespoons cream cheese mixture.
05 - Bake at 350°F for 25-28 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.

02 - Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan.
