Creamy Tuscan Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1½ pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced.
02 - 2 Tablespoons olive oil.
03 - 1 cup heavy cream.
04 - 1/2 cup chicken broth.
05 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
06 - 1 teaspoon italian seasoning.
07 - 1/2 cup parmesan cheese.
08 - 1 cup spinach, chopped.
09 - 1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes, drained.

# Instructions:

01 - Cook chicken in olive oil over medium-high heat for 3-5 minutes per side until browned and cooked through.
02 - Add cream, broth, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and parmesan. Whisk until thickened.
03 - Add spinach and sun-dried tomatoes, simmer until spinach wilts.
04 - Return chicken to pan and heat through. Serve over pasta if desired.
