Turkey Melt with Cheddar & Bacon (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Sandwich Base

01 - 4 slices sourdough bread
02 - 2 tablespoons honey mustard
03 - 2 slices white cheddar cheese
04 - 4 slices deli turkey

→ Vegetables and Bacon

05 - 1 medium red tomato, thinly sliced
06 - 1/2 cup fresh baby spinach
07 - 4 strips cooked bacon

→ For Grilling

08 - 2 tablespoons butter, softened

# Instructions:

01 - Place sourdough slices on flat surface. Spread honey mustard evenly on each slice.
02 - Divide cheese in half for 4 pieces. Layer on bread with turkey, tomato slices, spinach, and bacon to make two sandwiches.
03 - Spread softened butter on outside of each slice of bread (four sides total).
04 - Cook in skillet over medium heat for 3-4 minutes per side until cheese melts and bread is golden brown.
05 - Transfer to plates and serve warm with desired sides.

01 - Fresh-sliced cheese works better than pre-packaged
02 - Can be made dairy-free with substitutions
