Creamy Tuna Pasta Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 3.5 oz dry elbow pasta
02 - 7 oz canned tuna, drained

→ Dressing

03 - ⅓ cup light sour cream
04 - ⅓ cup light mayonnaise
05 - 1 teaspoon mustard
06 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
07 - ½ teaspoon salt
08 - ½ teaspoon pepper

→ Vegetables

09 - ¼ cup gherkins or pickles
10 - 3 large radishes (optional)
11 - 1 medium Lebanese cucumber
12 - ½ red bell pepper
13 - ½ red onion

# Instructions:

01 - Cook pasta al dente according to package. Rinse and cool.
02 - Whisk together sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
03 - Mix drained tuna and diced vegetables with dressing.
04 - Add cooled pasta and mix well. Serve or store for meal prep.
