Truffle Butter (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Truffle Butter Base

01 - 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
02 - 1 tablespoon truffles, finely minced (1 oz) or truffle pate
03 - 1/4 teaspoon fine salt, optional

# Instructions:

01 - If needed, soften the butter by removing it from the refrigerator 1-2 hours ahead of time. Alternatively, cut into ½-inch chunks and let sit on a cutting board for 10 minutes.
02 - Combine the truffles and butter in a small bowl. Using a small spatula or spoon, blend until the truffles are evenly distributed.
03 - Taste and adjust salt as needed.
04 - Serve or use as directed in recipes. To store, cover and refrigerate for up to one week.

# Notes:

01 - Truffles can be used in either black or white varieties, depending on your flavor preference.
02 - Unsalted butter is recommended for better control of seasoning.
