# Ingredients:

→ Sandwich Components

01 - 8 slices thick-cut bread
02 - 8 strips thick-cut bacon
03 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
04 - 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
05 - 120 grams sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
06 - 120 grams mozzarella cheese, shredded
07 - 60 grams provolone cheese, shredded

# Instructions:

01 - Arrange bacon strips in a cold skillet and cook over medium heat, turning occasionally, until crisp. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.
02 - Evenly spread softened butter on one side of each bread slice. Spread mayonnaise on the opposite side of each slice.
03 - Place four bread slices, butter-side down, on a work surface. Layer with sharp cheddar, mozzarella, and provolone cheeses. Add two bacon strips per sandwich and sprinkle with a bit more cheese. Top with remaining bread slices, butter-side up.
04 - Heat a large skillet over medium-low heat. Add assembled sandwiches and cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side, pressing gently, until the bread is golden brown and cheese fully melted.
05 - Transfer sandwiches to a cutting board, slice in half, and serve immediately while hot.

# Notes:

01 - For optimal texture, use freshly shredded cheese to enhance melting and flavor.
02 - Cook sandwiches over medium-low heat for a crisp exterior without burning the bread.
03 - A light spread of Dijon mustard or pesto can introduce additional layers of flavor.
04 - Incorporate sliced jalapeños for heat or try maple-smoked bacon to add a sweet undertone.
05 - Add a fried egg for a hearty breakfast variation.
