01 - 8 soft taco-size flour tortillas
02 - ½ cup pizza sauce
03 - 6 ounces full-size sliced pepperoni (10 slices per roll)
04 - 8 string cheese (room temperature)
05 - 2–3 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil

# Instructions:

01 - Spread 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce at the bottom of each flour tortilla, leaving a ¼-inch border around the edges.
02 - Arrange 10 slices of pepperoni on top of the pizza sauce on each tortilla.
03 - Place one whole string cheese at the edge of each tortilla.
04 - Carefully roll up each tortilla tightly, ensuring that the seam side is facing down. Repeat the process for the remaining tortillas.
05 - Preheat the air fryer to 375°F for 3-4 minutes. Meanwhile, lightly spray the air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray.
06 - Brush the tops of the pizza rolls with extra virgin olive oil using a pastry brush.
07 - Place 3-4 pizza rolls into the air fryer basket, leaving some space between each roll. Cook for 9-10 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and crispy.
