Tiramisu Cupcakes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour.
02 - 1 cup granulated sugar.
03 - 1/2 cup butter, room temperature.
04 - 2 large eggs.
05 - 1/2 cup whole milk.
06 - 1/4 cup espresso, cooled.
07 - 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder.
08 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla.
09 - 1/4 teaspoon salt.
10 - Coffee soak ingredients.
11 - Mascarpone frosting ingredients.
12 - Cocoa powder for dusting.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F, line muffin tin.
02 - Whisk flour, baking powder, salt.
03 - Cream butter and sugar, add eggs, vanilla.
04 - Alternate adding dry ingredients with milk and coffee.
05 - Fill liners 2/3 full, bake 18-20 minutes.
06 - Brush cooled cupcakes with coffee mixture.
07 - Make mascarpone frosting, pipe onto cupcakes.
08 - Dust with cocoa powder, garnish.
