01 - 6 slices bacon, chopped
02 - 1/2 cup diced white onion
03 - 2 (16-ounce) cans green beans, drained, rinsed
04 - 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
05 - 1 tablespoon minced garlic

→ Seasonings

06 - 1 tablespoon butter
07 - 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
08 - 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
09 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
10 - 1/4 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Heat large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chopped bacon until crisp, about 5-6 minutes, stirring often.
02 - Add diced onion to bacon and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
03 - Add green beans, chicken broth, garlic, butter, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
04 - Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer until green beans are tender, about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
05 - Taste and adjust salt and pepper as needed. Serve warm.
