Taco Cupcakes Snack Delight (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 450 g ground beef
02 - 1 packet taco seasoning
03 - 120 ml water

→ Cupcake Base & Toppings

04 - 24 wonton wrappers
05 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
06 - 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
07 - 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
08 - 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
09 - 1/4 cup sliced black olives
10 - 1/4 cup chopped green onions
11 - Sour cream for garnish
12 - Salsa for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 190 °C. Lightly grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
02 - In a skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat and drain excess fat.
03 - Stir in taco seasoning and water; simmer until thickened.
04 - Place 1 wonton wrapper in each muffin cup. Add 1 tbsp beef and a sprinkle of both cheeses.
05 - Add a second wonton wrapper on top, followed by more beef and cheese.
06 - Bake for 10–12 minutes, until wrappers are golden and cheese is melted.
07 - Let cool slightly, then top with tomatoes, lettuce, olives, green onions, sour cream, and salsa.
