Preheat oven to 190 °C. Lightly grease a 12-cup muffin tin.

In a skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat and drain excess fat.

Stir in taco seasoning and water; simmer until thickened.

Place 1 wonton wrapper in each muffin cup. Add 1 tbsp beef and a sprinkle of both cheeses.

Add a second wonton wrapper on top, followed by more beef and cheese.

Bake for 10–12 minutes, until wrappers are golden and cheese is melted.

Let cool slightly, then top with tomatoes, lettuce, olives, green onions, sour cream, and salsa.
