Taco Bell Beefy Melt Burrito (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Filling

01 - 450 g ground beef
02 - 1 packet Taco Bell seasoning mix or equivalent homemade taco seasoning
03 - 120 ml water

→ Tortilla & Assembly

04 - 4 large flour tortillas

→ Cheese & Toppings

05 - 240 ml nacho cheese sauce
06 - 120 ml sour cream
07 - 110 g shredded cheddar cheese or Mexican cheese blend

→ Optional Fillings

08 - 200 g seasoned rice
09 - 20 g crispy tostada shells, crushed

# Instructions:

01 - In a large skillet set over medium heat, cook the ground beef, breaking it up with a spatula until fully browned. Drain excess fat.
02 - Sprinkle taco seasoning mix over the beef and pour in the water. Stir well, then simmer according to seasoning packet instructions or until thickened, about 5 minutes.
03 - Heat nacho cheese sauce in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth and warmed through. If using processed cheese, melt with a splash of milk.
04 - Lay a flour tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon approximately 60 g seasoned beef into the center. Drizzle with a generous amount of warm nacho cheese sauce. Add 1 tablespoon sour cream and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
05 - If desired, add a handful of crushed tostada shells and/or a spoonful of seasoned rice on top of the fillings.
06 - Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll tightly from the bottom up, securing the filling inside for a neat, compact burrito.
07 - For added texture, toast the burritos seam side down on a skillet over medium heat until golden brown. Slice in half and serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - Enhance the filling with seasoned rice or refried beans for additional texture and creaminess. For a vegetarian version, replace beef with black beans or lightly seasoned tofu. Adjust heat level by including jalapeño slices or a dash of hot sauce. Ensure the burritos are rolled securely to prevent spillage during toasting.
