07 - 0.5 g ground cloves (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 190°C. Lightly grease a 23x33 cm baking dish.
02 - In a medium bowl, whisk together brown sugar, reserved pineapple juice, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, and ground cloves (if using) until smooth.
03 - Place the diced ham and drained pineapple chunks evenly in the prepared baking dish.
04 - Pour the glaze over the ham and pineapple, stirring gently to coat all pieces thoroughly.
05 - Bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes, or until the glaze is bubbling and the edges caramelize.
06 - Allow the dish to rest for 5 minutes before serving so the glaze thickens slightly.
