Sugar Cookie Cheesecake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 16.5 oz refrigerated sugar cookie dough.
02 - 24 oz cream cheese, room temp.
03 - 1 cup granulated sugar.
04 - 1 1/2 tbsp all-purpose flour.
05 - 1/2 tsp salt.
06 - 4 eggs.
07 - 1 tbsp vanilla extract.
08 - 1/2 cup sour cream.
09 - Red & green sprinkles.
10 - 6 oz white chocolate.
11 - 2 oz heavy cream.
12 - Holiday sprinkles for topping.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F. Line springform pan with parchment.
02 - Press cookie dough in pan. Bake 5 minutes.
03 - Beat cream cheese until creamy.
04 - Mix in sugar, flour, salt.
05 - Add eggs one at a time, then sour cream and vanilla.
06 - Fold in sprinkles.
07 - Pour over crust.
08 - Bake 55-60 minutes until edges set.
09 - Cool 1 hour in cracked oven.
10 - Chill 6+ hours or overnight.
11 - Heat cream, pour over chocolate, whisk ganache.
12 - Top cake with ganache and sprinkles.
