Stuffed Pizza Roll (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 egg, whisked.
02 - 1 tube (13.8 oz) chilled pizza dough.
03 - ½ cup chopped pepperoni slices.
04 - 1 cup mozzarella, shredded.
05 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder.
06 - ½ teaspoon seasoning mix (Italian style).
07 - Salt and pepper, use as needed.
08 - ½ pound ground beef, cooked and broken into bits.
09 - ½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded.
10 - ¼ cup marinara (optional for dipping).

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F to warm up.
02 - Lay parchment paper over your baking tray.
03 - Sprinkle some flour, then spread the dough into a long rectangle.
04 - In a bowl, combine the beef, pepperoni, cheeses, and spices.
05 - Evenly spread the filling mixture over the dough, leaving edges plain.
06 - Begin rolling the dough tightly starting on the longer side.
07 - Press to seal the edges at the seam and ends firmly.
08 - Flip the roll over so the seam faces down on the tray.
09 - Coat the roll lightly with the egg wash.
10 - Pop it in the oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes till golden brown.
11 - Let it cool for 5 minutes, then cut into slices.
12 - If you want, serve alongside some marinara on the side.

01 - Feel free to swap out beef for some sausage.
02 - Add onion or bell peppers for extra flavor if you'd like.
03 - Keeps well in the fridge for 3 days. Heat leftovers in the oven for the best texture.
