Strawberry Toffee Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened.
02 - 1/2 cup sugar.
03 - 1 tsp vanilla extract.
04 - 8 oz whipped topping.
05 - 1 cup pretzels, chopped.
06 - 1/2 cup pecans, chopped.
07 - 3/4 cup brown sugar.
08 - 3/4 cup butter, melted.
09 - 2-3 cups strawberries, diced.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 400°F.
02 - Wash and dice strawberries.
03 - Mix pretzels, pecans, butter, brown sugar.
04 - Spread on lined baking sheet.
05 - Bake 7-9 minutes until golden.
06 - Let toffee cool.
07 - Beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla until fluffy.
08 - Fold in whipped topping.
09 - Add strawberries and cooled toffee.
10 - Serve immediately.
