Strawberry Sorbet (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 cups fresh or frozen strawberries.
02 - 1 cup granulated sugar.
03 - 2 tablespoons lemon juice.
04 - ½ cup water.

# Instructions:

01 - Wash and hull strawberries, cut large ones into pieces.
02 - Blend strawberries with half the sugar until smooth.
03 - Add remaining sugar, lemon juice and water. Blend to combine.
04 - Pour into container, freeze at least 3 hours or overnight.
05 - Let soften 5-10 minutes before scooping.

# Notes:

01 - Adjust sugar to taste.
02 - Can add herbs or other fruits.
