In two separate large mixing bowls, combine each cake mix with 2 eggs, ¼ cup vegetable oil, and ½ teaspoon vanilla extract. Stir each mixture until you have smooth, well-combined doughs.

Take a small scoop of each dough (strawberry and lemon) and gently press them together to form a marbled ball. Roll lightly to combine while keeping the colors distinct - don't overmix!

Heat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line your baking sheets with parchment paper and arrange the cookie balls about 2 inches apart.

Bake for 8-10 minutes, until the edges are set but the centers still look slightly soft. They'll continue cooking as they cool.
