Colorful refreshing summer drink (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Matcha Base

01 - ½ - 1 teaspoon matcha powder (adjust to taste)
02 - 60 ml (¼ cup) water - hot or at room temperature
03 - 1 teaspoon natural sweetener (maple syrup, honey, or your preference)
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

→ Strawberry Layer

05 - 4-5 fresh strawberries (or frozen, thawed)

→ For Assembly

06 - 125 ml (½ cup) milk or plant-based alternative
07 - Ice cubes

# Instructions:

01 - Wash the strawberries and remove the stems. Mash them with a fork in a small bowl until smooth, or blend them in a blender for a smoother consistency.
02 - In a separate small bowl, combine the matcha powder with water. Add the sweetener and vanilla extract. Whisk thoroughly until the mixture is smooth and no lumps remain.
03 - Fill a tall glass with ice cubes. Pour the strawberry puree over the ice, followed by the milk.
04 - Carefully pour the matcha mixture over the milk to create a layered effect. The matcha will settle on top of the milk layer.
05 - Stir with a long spoon or straw before drinking to combine all the flavors. Enjoy immediately for the best taste and presentation.

# Notes:

01 - For a stronger matcha flavor, use 1 full teaspoon of matcha powder. For a milder taste, use just ½ teaspoon.
02 - Any type of milk works well - dairy milk, almond milk, oat milk, or coconut milk all create delicious results.
03 - This drink is best enjoyed immediately, as the layers will naturally mix over time.
