In a separate small bowl, combine the matcha powder with water. Add the sweetener and vanilla extract. Whisk thoroughly until the mixture is smooth and no lumps remain.

Fill a tall glass with ice cubes. Pour the strawberry puree over the ice, followed by the milk.

Carefully pour the matcha mixture over the milk to create a layered effect. The matcha will settle on top of the milk layer.
