Strawberry Blue Hawaiian (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Drink Foundation

01 - 2 oz Patron Tequila
02 - 2 oz Calypso Lemonade
03 - 2½ oz On The Rocks Blue Hawaiian
04 - ½ oz strawberry purée
05 - Ice to the top!
06 - Optional: a fresh strawberry for a fancy look

# Instructions:

01 - Pack your tall glass about three-quarters with ice cubes.
02 - Spoon the strawberry purée at the bottom so it sets up a bold, sweet layer first.
03 - Gently pour the Lemonade and Patron over your ice base. Give it a light little mix if blending’s your thing.
04 - Use a spoon’s back to carefully drizzle the Blue Hawaiian on top. It’ll float and make a pretty blue topping.
05 - Plop a strawberry on the rim or stick it on a swanky pick. Toss in a tiny umbrella or even edible flowers for extra vibes.

# Notes:

01 - Want it booze-free? Replace tequila with coconut water and use a blue raspberry sports drink instead of the Hawaiian mix.
02 - No purée on hand? Blend fresh strawberries with a bit of sugar and some lemon, and it'll do the job!
03 - Cool all your stuff before starting to keep the layers looking crisp and slow the melting.
04 - Mix the tequila and lemonade ahead for quick drinks if you're hosting.
