Crunch Cheesecake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups graham cracker crumbs.
02 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted.
03 - 2 cups cream cheese, softened.
04 - 1 cup granulated sugar.
05 - 1 tsp vanilla extract.
06 - 2 cups heavy cream, whipped.
07 - 1 cup strawberry preserves.
08 - 1/2 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed.
09 - 1/2 cup vanilla wafer crumbs.
10 - Fresh strawberries for garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Mix graham crumbs and butter for crust.
02 - Press into springform pan and chill.
03 - Beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla until smooth.
04 - Fold in whipped cream.
05 - Spread half cream cheese mixture over crust.
06 - Layer with strawberry preserves.
07 - Add remaining cream cheese mixture.
08 - Top with strawberry-wafer crumb mixture.
09 - Garnish with fresh strawberries.
10 - Chill 4+ hours until set.
