# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened.
02 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar.
03 - 1/2 cup brown sugar.
04 - 1 egg.
05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
06 - 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour.
07 - 1/2 teaspoon baking soda.
08 - 1/4 teaspoon salt.
09 - 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped.
10 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened.
11 - 1/4 cup powdered sugar.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F (175°C).
02 - Line baking sheet with parchment.
03 - Cream butter and both sugars until fluffy.
04 - Beat in egg and vanilla.
05 - Mix flour, baking soda, salt separately.
06 - Gradually add dry ingredients to wet.
07 - Fold in chopped strawberries.
08 - Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar.
09 - Take 1 tablespoon dough, flatten.
10 - Add cream cheese filling to center.
11 - Wrap dough around filling.
12 - Roll into balls.
13 - Place on baking sheet.
14 - Press down slightly.
15 - Bake 12-15 minutes until edges are golden.
16 - Cool 5 minutes on sheet.
