Strawberry Cheesecake Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 1/2 cups all-purpose flour.
02 - 1 package (2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast.
03 - 1 cup warm milk.
04 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar.
05 - 1 tsp salt.
06 - 1 egg.
07 - 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted.
08 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened.
09 - 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped.
10 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar.
11 - 1 cup powdered sugar.
12 - 2 tbsp milk.
13 - 1/2 tsp vanilla extract.

# Instructions:

01 - Mix milk, sugar, yeast. Let foam 5-10 minutes.
02 - Combine flour, salt, butter. Add yeast mix and egg.
03 - Knead into soft dough.
04 - Cover, rise 1 hour until doubled.
05 - Mix cream cheese, sugar, strawberries for filling.
06 - Roll dough 16x12 inches, spread filling.
07 - Roll up, cut into 12 pieces.
08 - Place in greased pan, rise 30 minutes.
09 - Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
10 - Mix glaze ingredients, drizzle over warm rolls.

03 - Wait for yeast to foam.
04 - Freezes well unfrosted.
