Cheesecake Pops (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened.
02 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar.
03 - 1/2 cup sour cream.
04 - 1/2 cup heavy cream.
05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
06 - 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers.
07 - 1 cup crushed strawberries.
08 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar.
09 - 1 cup graham cracker crumbs.
10 - 1/4 cup melted butter.
11 - 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Beat cream cheese until smooth.
02 - Mix in sugar and vanilla.
03 - Stir in sour cream and heavy cream.
04 - Fold in crushed graham crackers.
05 - Mix strawberries with sugar separately.
06 - Combine graham crumbs with melted butter.
07 - Fill popsicle molds 3/4 full with filling.
08 - Tap to remove air bubbles.
09 - Drizzle white chocolate if using.
10 - Top with graham mixture.
11 - Freeze minimum 4 hours.
12 - Run molds under warm water to release.

# Notes:

01 - Can use paper cups instead of molds.
02 - Add strawberry puree to filling for stronger flavor.
